Then again, he upset Jews as well, pissing them off to the point where a group monotheistic burning of his writings could be called a successful “happening.” In addition, Rambam also claimed that Muhammad’s self-imposed title of prophethood also disqualified him since this was in contradiction to the prohecy of Moses, Torah and Old Tradition. If Rambam has just decided to make nice, maybe all this EU and UN acrimony, the punching bag complex would not have arisen. But once the cat was out of the bag, to Maimonides said in the messianic era, everyone would adhere to the Torah of Noah or Moses, of which there is some disagreement. Maimonides was also quite firm, even notoriously so, that it was permissible to teach Torah to Christians and sensitize them to Judaism, even engage in a form of proselytizing but not so with Muslims. The Muslims never forgave him. Maimonides belief was that unlike Muslims, Christians accepted the divine origin of the Torah and it was thereby more likely they would turn to a good way even if they remained Christians….

Meanwhile, the Europeans are pouring huge sums of money into the Palestinian Authority without a hint of criticism about Palestinian actions. On a final note, a recent UNESCO report on science, Jewish physician and theologian Maimonides is classified as a Muslim named “Moussa ben Maimoun.” So the Rambam – for Rabbi Moshe Ben Maimon – has been forced to “convert” to Islam by the UN’s revisionist historians.
